It enables teams across maintenance, leasing and accounting to deploy intelligent agents that can understand, analyze and process documents, images and other data with high accuracy.
Door doesn't replace your existing ERP system—it integrates with it to add intelligent automation. While you continue using your current property management software, Door's AI agents work alongside it to automate workflows and take work off your team's plate. For example, Door's AI agents can automatically extract data from lease agreements and sync it with your ERP, or answer your tenants' questions about their lease or rent using data from your existing system.
We tackle accuracy and reliability on multiple fronts. First, Door integrates with your existing ERP system, ensuring all data stays synchronized and consistent. The integration typically starts with a focused proof-of-concept (PoC) to demonstrate Door's value. Your existing ERP continues running as normal while Door adds automation capabilities on top.
