Door is a property management ERP software designed from the ground up to leverage modern automation. It is built specifically for property managers to automate complex, document-intensive workflows using agentic AI. It enables teams across maintenance, leasing and accounting to deploy intelligent agents that can understand, analyze and process documents, images and other data with high accuracy.

While Door offers all the same functionality as your current property management software, it is designed to take work off your team's plate by making use of AI agents. For example, Door's AI agents can automatically extract data from lease agreements or answer to your tenants' questions about their lease or rent.

We tackle accuracy and reliability on multiple fronts. Firstly, your property managers will collaborate with our AI agents to review and approve the work they do. Every communication towards clients or irreversible actions still have a responsible human in the loop. Effectively, working with Door means promoting each of your team members to a manager-like position where they ensure the quality of the work done by Door, therefore multiplying your team's capacity. Secondly, the AI agents learn from the work they do, and get better at the tasks they are assigned to over time.

Door offers the core ERP functionality you're used to for a fixed subscription fee per unit. Our AI workflows are charged on a usage-based pricing model. This means that you'll only be charged extra when Door successfully performs a task for you. This combined approach allows us to keep the software affordable and simple for you as your business and Door grow towards more revenue together.

We understand that changing the core software you use is an important step for your business. That's why we've designed the implementation process to be as smooth and collaborative as possible. It typically starts with a focused proof-of-concept (PoC) to demonstrate the value proposition of Door. We'll let the systems run in parallel until everyone built the confidence to make the switch.

Door is a software in development. We are currently in the process of building the first version of the software and will be releasing it in the near future. We are already closely collaborating with a range of property managers in Switzerland to build the most effective software possible.
